I’ll find out what the seller’s needs are so that you can make an attractive offer. I’ll help you negotiate the details and advise you on how to respond to counter-offers, if any.

Negotiating the Contract

Once under contract, I’ll help you schedule inspections and make sure you don’t miss any deadlines. Then, I’ll advise you on, and negotiate inspection items, etc.

Closing on Your Home

Prior to closing, we’ll perform a walk-through together to ensure any repairs have been completed. Then, I’ll attend closing with you and celebrate!

New Construction

Should you have a Realtor when buying new construction? Yes. If I am your Realtor, I guarantee that you will benefit.

The Builder Contract

I’ll help you negotiate with the builder to get you the best deal possible. I’ll fight for you to get the upgrades you want at a reasonable price. I will also help you evaluate whether it’s best to upgrade something now or after you move in.

The Right Upgrades

Not all upgrades will recoup their cost when you decide to sell. I will advise you on which upgrades are the most desirable and will retain their value over time. Buy smart today so you can sell well later.

I go the extra mile for you to make sure you’ll be happy with your purchase.
