Simply put, I enjoy helping people with their home related needs. I help home owners sell or rent their homes, and I help prospective home buyers find and buy the home they want.
In the last decade, the real estate profession has gone through tremendous changes and the traditional role of an agent-salesperson is no longer acceptable. Well-informed consumers demand the assistance of an educated, knowledgeable advisor to navigate them through, and simplify, the complex real estate transaction.
I provide what the real estate industry calls “full service”, meaning that I assist a client with all aspects of the transaction from the very beginning to the very end. And although I like to educate my clients about every aspect of a home sale/purchase, I typically handle all details so they don’t have to worry about anything.
Beyond the duties and responsibilities I have in my role as a Realtor, I make myself available to clients as a resource for all their home related needs. I am always willing to provide referrals to other professionals such as electricians, painters, plumbers etc.
