According to the Q1 2010 report by Delta Associates and MRIS, tracking the Washington DC metro area’s housing trends, the local housing market has entered the recovery phase of the cycle.
A recent survey found that 64 percent of Americans believe that housing prices will be the same or higher by next year, and now is the right time to buy.
